Abstract


ABSTRACT

The author investigated the relation between communication, leadership, organizational culture and employee work discipline in a sample of 100 employees of the Telecommunication company in Jakarta. The sampling method used with simple random sampling and data were collected using questionnaire.  Results indicated a significant influence between leadership, organizational culture and communication toward employee work discipline.
