PENGARUH GAJI, WORK ITSELF DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP INTENSI TURNOVER GENERASI Y DI PT XYZ BALARAJA-TANGERANG

Abstract


This research aims to examine and find whether there is a dimensional influence of job satisfaction consisting of salary, work itself and promotion of generation Y on turnover intention in PT XYZ Balaraja Tangerang. All generation Y population in the company at the level of Staff up to the General Manager is 377 people, by using Slovin formula found a samples of 195 people. A cross-sectional surveys were conducted in data collection. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the salary, work itself and promotion in generation Y simultaneously have a negative effect on turnover intention. The result of multiple linear regression analysis informed that promotion has a big influence on generation Y turnover intention, when compared with salary variable and the work itself. The greatest effect is shown in the giving of promotions. The result of inter-dimensional correlation showed that the most powerful dimension affecting the work itself is the dimension of responsibility for the work. While the dimension of the biggest salary to give effect is the dimension of distributed justice and have a negative influence on generation Y turnover intention in PT XYZ Balaraja Tangerang
