Abstract


In this study discusses the influence of the relationship between workers in PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. Descriptive method is used with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires.In this research the sampling technique based on calculation Slovin found 93 Respondents with the type of Simple Random Sampling which consist of various level of position in company which analyzed using Linier Regression Analysis. The results of the research are known and significant to employee involvement. The corporate culture variables of permutations and leadership variables also affect employee engagement
